4. Customer eligibility
- The offer is available only to the original purchaser of the qualifying FGA.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a refund or any alternative benefit.
- The promotion applies only to products purchased and submitted for service within territories supported by TPI Europe Ltd.

- The FGA must be registered through the TPI online registration portal no later than 31 January 2027.
- Registration by 31 January 2027 is a strict condition of the promotion.

6. Proof of purchase
- A valid proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase date, supplying distributor or reseller, product model and, where shown, the product serial number.

7. Complimentary first-year service
- Each eligible, registered FGA is entitled to one complimentary annual service inspection, calibration and certification carried out in accordance with TPI’s standard service procedures.
- The complimentary service must be booked and completed within fourteen (14) months of the original purchase date.

- To claim the complimentary service, the customer must book this through the TPI online portal and request a service booking.

8.3 Sending the instrument
- After the booking is confirmed, the customer must send or deliver the instrument to the service location specified in the booking confirmation.
