Thank you for your purchase of TPI test & measurement equipment. Please adhere to the following instructions for contacting TPI Europe for assistance with your annual Flue Gas Analyser service & calibration, or for warranty & repair service procedures.
Please note that the majority of technical instrument issues are able to be resolved by our Service Centre without the need to return the instrument for service.
Any missed annual service(s) may incur a pro-rata charge to cover additional checks/parts which may need to be performed/replaced that are deemed neccessary due to these checks/parts not being performed or replaced during previous missed annual service(s). Please see this document for full details.
1. You must contact TPI Europe by one of the means below for either service and calibration or for faults and repairs in order to receive a service or returns authorisation.
2. Once you have contacted TPI service you will be given a returns authorisation reference. Please ensure that this reference is indicated on any supporting paperwork when the unit is returned to the address below. If your analyser serial number ends in “S2” or is a TPI 716 then it may be possible to prepay for your service/calibration and avoid step 3, thus speeding up the whole process. Please enquire with TPI staff when booking in analyser.
3. After inspection TPI will contact you with the cost estimate. Please approve ASAP to help us provide a quick turnaround. Payment can be taken by Credit Card, Paypal or Purchase Order (where applicable). If payment can be made by Purchase Order please ensure the value on the Purchase Order matches the value on the estimate and that the Returns Authorisation Reference is quoted in the narrative section of any EDI order.
4. Await return from TPI. If you wish to be notified of pending delivery please provide TPI with a contact email address and/or mobile phone number as return courier company will alert you that a dispatch from TPI has been implemented giving approximate time of delivery.
Note for Faults and Repairs: once you have contacted TPI, received authorisation return and the instrument has been inspected by the TPI Service Centre, we will confirm if the repair is covered under warranty (if in date) or what the repair cost will be.

Follow the emailed instructions and we will update you by email and in-portal mailbox notification of your service status, and when you can complete payment online.
