TPI Europe remains open during the current National Lockdown 3 to support engineers / companies and wider industries for Calibration, Service and New Test and Maintenance equipment sales.
Those employees who can work from home are doing so, and as described below, increased measures, following government guidelines, are in place for those employees who cannot perform their tasks remotely.
We have continued our commitment to safe working, social distancing and associated policies. We understand these are extremely serious times, however we will continue to service our customers to the best of our abilities in such trying circumstances, especially as many of our customers work with gas safety products with legislation driven controls.
Even though increased measures have been implemented we are able to continue to support our distributor network and online customers. However, please bear with us if you encounter slight delays above our usual high standards.

In light of the PMs announcement last night TPI Europe Ltd has stepped up their commitment to social distancing and associated policies. We understand these are extremely serious times, however we will continue to service our customers to the best of our abilities in such trying circumstances, especially as many of our customers work with gas safety products with legislation driven controls.
Even though increased measures have been implemented we are working towards returning those instruments already in our pipeline and will continue to support our distributor network and online customers, where possible.

As the situation with Covid-19 develops we wanted to keep you informed of what actions TPI Europe Ltd., are taking to minimise the risks over the coming weeks and months, as we take the health and safety of our people very seriously
All staff are being asked not to undertake any un-necessary travel and to limit social interaction, where possible, including rescheduling face-to-face meetings or arranging these remotely over Teams or Skype etc….
Our office, in Crawley, continues to operate as normal to ensure our support and services remain at the highest level. All government guidelines are being followed to alleviate the spread of the virus & those members of staff, that can, are being asked to work from home.
Please note that Public Health England (PHE) advises that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus.
